There are four business centres around the resort:
- Within the Chitzen Itza conference room at the Colonial Beach. Open from 8am to 11pm
- Beside the Tropical reception area.
- Behind the Mini Club Barcy at Colonial Beach (Near the Colonial Beach pool).
- Next to the mini-golf at the Caribe Beach. Opened from 9am - 1pm, and 3pm - 9pm.
There's also a 24 hour internet machine located near the a la carte restaurants at Caribe Beach and Beach. This is expensive to use but available in a pinch.

Books
You can borrow a book or leave the book you have just finished at the Business Centre at the Caribe Beach and the Convention Centre business centre. A nice option if you run out of stuff to read on the beach. The majority of the books are in English but there are some in Spanish, German, French and Italian.
