Barcelo Maya has meeting rooms for 10 to 1,600 people. If you're lucky enough to come for a convention or conference, good for you and make sure you take advantage of the rest of the resort.

The meeting rooms also serve as spaces for weddings, parties and other private functions.  The resort can provide you with a/v equipment, decorations, meals, etc.

The meeting rooms are spread out throughout the resort, attached to the lobbies. Some rooms can be combined or divided to accommodate the size/configuration you need.

The names are all Mayan influenced. Barcelo Maya Beach has the Chac Mool rooms and Barcelo Maya Caribe Beach has the Jaguar rooms.

Barcelo Maya Convention Centre is located between the Barcelo Maya Tropical and Barcelo Maya Colonial lobbies. It is a huge, dedicated area with beautiful art and seating areas. There is also a business centre attached. It has the Chitchen Itza, Bonampak and Tikal rooms.
