Barcelo Palace opened in December 2007. It is located at the far north end of the property. This section is a high end, all suites resort for families.
Layout and map
The layout is different from the rest of the resort. There are 2 guest buildings. They are longer and bigger than the current ones and run parallel to the Tropical buildings.
In front are the pools. To the North, the lobby, theatre and restaurants, more or less, beachfront. There is lots of glass, air conditioned areas, sea vistas from these facilities.
