Scuba diving is available with Dressel Divers. There is a dive centre onsite and all boats leave from the resort pier. Dressel Divers is an international company and is recognized as a PADI Gold Palm Resort,  SSI Platinum Facility and SSI Instructor Trainer Facility. All dives are guided by PADI instructors.

Pre-booking dive and snorkel services saves you 15% if booked 3 days before your arrival. In order to dive with Dressel, you have to be one of their students or a certified diver (bring your certification card and logbook).

Demos

You can try out the scuba equipment in the pools from 10:30am - 12:30pm or 3:30pm - 5:00 pm every day.

YUCATAN CENOTES EXCURSION (1/2 day, 2 tanks):

TWE TWO DIVES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE!
Prerequisites: Open Water or Junior Open Water certification or equivalent. We require that you do a regular dive first.

COZUMEL EXCURSION ( fulll day for both snorkelers and divers):
This full day trip takes place: Daily except Sunday.
Price: 124 USD for snorkellers ( 105,4 USD if you pay before arrival ) 99 USD for divers. Dives not included: you pay the excursion fee and use dives from your package.
Includes: Transport from your hotel to and from the Ferry dock at Playa Del Carmen. Return ferry ticket from Playa Del Carmen to San Miguel, Cozumel. Transportation to/from our Cozumel dive centre. Dive boat and crew for 3 dives or 2 snorkel trips. Beverages and a buffet lunch at the Iberostar Cozumel. Snorkel equipment for the people that not dive.
Prerequisites: For Snorkelers: None. For Divers: Certified Diver or equivalent, OR Dressel Divers student, according to the place in the course.

DISCOVER SCUBA diving Course (10 - 99 years)

This course takes 1 hour of theory (9:00AM), 1 hour pool (10:00AM), 1 dive + 1 free dive

Dives

NIGHT DIVE:
It is necessary to have at least 4 divers.
A night dive costs 49 USD without equipment.
You need night equipment which consist of a lamp (15  USD to rent ) and a glow stick (4 USD).
If you need regular full equipment rental as well this costs 15 USD extra as normal.

PRIVATE DIVES:
Price: 147 USD per single dive without equipment rental and 159 USD per dive with equipment rental.

All prices for dives ( two tank, single or packages ) include the following: Tank, weight belt, weights, boat and dive guide.

They do not include dive equipment rental , obligatory contribution for the Hyperbaric Chamber of 1 USD per dive nor the Marine Park Entrance Fee  of 3 USD per day ( only for Cozumel ).

Equipment rental

Tank, weights and weight belt are included in the price of the dive.

EQUIPMENT SINGLE ITEM RENTAL: Price: 5 USD per item and single dive.

FULL EQUIPMENT RENTAL:
Price: 15 USD per single dive.
Includes: Tank, weight belt, weights, wet suit, regulator with Submersible Pressure Gauge, octopus and low pressure inflator, mask, fins and snorkel, BCD, boat and dive guide.

PLEASE NOTE that if your last dive was longer than a year ago, you will have to do an obligatory Pool Check ( 20 USD ). If you prefer you can do a Scuba Review ( 89 USD ) which includes some theory, a pool check and 1 dive. This program will cost you 1 morning.
